As a Regional Sales Manager-Specialty at CSL, you will lead and inspire a high-performing sales team across your assigned region. You'll develop comprehensive sales plans and coordinate marketing strategies that drive results and support our corporate objectives. Working closely with regional management, you'll establish tactical approaches to generate sales growth within your therapeutic area portfolio. This leadership position requires you to optimize marketing resources, manage all aspects of regional business operations, and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

Your coaching and guidance will be instrumental in ensuring your team delivers effective sales efforts that protect and improve lives.

• Develop and execute sales plans and marketing strategies for your assigned region or portfolio
• Collaborate with regional management to establish strategic and tactical approaches that drive sales growth
• Manage regional business operations and optimize marketing resources to maximize sales results
• Coach and mentor your sales team, providing feedback and guidance to enhance performance
• Build and maintain high-level customer relationships to secure and retain key accounts

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field
• You bring pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry experience with a strong focus on sales and marketing
• You have proven field sales experience and understand the pharmaceutical market and regulatory environment
• You demonstrate strong leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams#GTA
