Marketing Specialist

Toro Marketing Group is adding a Marketing Specialist to our Dallas team.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone interested in developing practical experience in marketing, business development, client representation, and leadership. Prior experience is helpful, but not required. We provide structured training and mentorship for individuals who meet our standards and are willing to learn.

Dallas, TX | Full-Time | In Person

Marketing Specialists work directly on campaigns representing established national brands and Fortune 500 companies. The position is hands-on and business-to-business, with an emphasis on understanding the market, communicating with business owners, presenting client services, and helping expand campaign reach throughout the DFW market.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Representing client marketing campaigns in the B2B marketplace
• Building relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
• Conducting presentations and communicating client offerings
• Developing product and industry knowledge
• Gathering market feedback and identifying new opportunities
• Working alongside experienced team members and mentors
• Tracking individual and campaign performance

We don't expect someone to walk in knowing everything.

New team members go through in-house training and one-on-one mentorship focused on communication, presentations, market research, client relations, business development, and campaign management.

For those interested in advancement, we also have a management training program covering leadership, team development, recruiting, training, and campaign operations.

Advancement is based on performance and demonstrated ability—not simply time with the company.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-6:00 PM

Compensation: Competitive with uncapped performance-based bonuses
