Client Advisor

Summary

Provide personalized luxury client service and drive sales at the Dallas boutique, reporting to the Store Manager. Use clienteling, appointments, and outreach to meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs while maintaining product knowledge and visual standards. Support store operations including basic opening and closing procedures and contribute to a high-standard retail environment.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach, appointments, and consignments.
• Utilize the client journey and selling techniques (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximize each transaction.
• Establish, update, and maintain client profiles and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Sustain a high level of product knowledge and participate in training resources to support sales.
• Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, light cleaning, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Support in-store events and communicate new collection deliveries and brand initiatives to clients.
• Maintain a polished appearance, professional conduct, and compliance with company policies.

• 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs with strong clienteling skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Available to work closing shifts a minimum of 3 times per week, at least 3 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, annual inventory and the holiday season.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods, climb a ladder, and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.
• Polished and well-groomed appearance with a strong work ethic.
