Are you outgoing, motivated, and ready to turn your people skills into professional experience? Proactive is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Dallas team as Brand Representatives.
In this role, you’ll represent nationally recognized brands through live events, retail promotions, and face-to-face marketing campaigns. You’ll connect directly with customers, create positive brand experiences, and help increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
No specific degree or industry experience is required. If you bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn, we’ll provide the paid training, mentorship, and support you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do- Represent client brands professionally during live events and retail promotions
- Engage customers in face-to-face conversations about featured products and services
- Create positive customer experiences that strengthen brand awareness and loyalty
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Support customer acquisition and campaign sales goals
- Share customer feedback and campaign results with the team
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve campaign performance
- Participate in ongoing brand, sales, leadership, and professional development training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, confident, and professional personality
- A positive and coachable attitude
- Comfort engaging with customers face-to-face
- A dependable work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Motivation to learn, improve, and grow professionally
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, sports, or sales is helpful but not required
- Paid training and ongoing mentorship
