Position Overview

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the data, processes, reporting, and tools that support Renalogic's commercial organization. This person will make our CRM a reliable source of information, coordinate the commercial forecasting process, and help teams work consistently from lead generation through sales and implementation.

The role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and works closely with the SVP of Sales. The SVP of Sales leads the sales team, manages pipeline performance, and owns the field-sales forecast. The Sales Operations Manager provides the structure, analysis, and operational support that enable those activities and support the Chief Growth Officer's accountability for the consolidated commercial forecast.

  • Identify stale, incomplete, or inconsistent records and work with the appropriate team members to resolve them.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and client-facing teams to ensure commercial data is accurate and consistent across handoffs and reporting.

Forecasting, reporting, and analysis

  • Provide the SVP of Sales with reliable field-sales pipeline and forecast reporting, and provide the Chief Growth Officer with the information needed to manage the consolidated commercial forecast.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports on pipeline health, sales production, conversion, account activity, and other commercial performance measures.
  • Analyze results by territory, seller, channel, partner, and product to help leadership identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Support commercial planning and budgeting with accurate data, clear assumptions, and timely reporting.

Commercial processes and coordination

  • Maintain records of approved territory, account, lead, and quota assignments. Provide analysis to support leadership decisions about coverage and resource allocation.
