THE IMPACT- Pipeline Growth:
Leads are qualified and engaged quickly, so none go cold. - Pipeline Integrity:
Every prospect keeps moving forward, with nothing slipping through the cracks. - Closer Capacity:
Sales reps and founders spend their time selling, not on admin and coordination. - Revenue Reliability:
The pipeline reflects reality, so forecasting and decisions are trustworthy.

Identifies and solves CRM workflow gaps before they cost a deal. Prioritizes and completes CRM activities on behalf of sales reps. - Outbound Prospecting & Outreach:
Research and build targeted prospect lists based on the ideal customer profile. Executes outbound email sequences to generate qualified conversations. Tracks and reports on outreach performance to optimize messaging over time. - Scheduling & Pipeline Coordination:
Own the scheduling process so closers never waste time on calendar logistics. Keeps deals moving by proactively following up on stalled conversations. Manages meeting prep so every sales call starts with context, not catch-up. - Proposal & Contract Support:
Prepare and format proposals so the team can send them faster. Tracks proposal status and follows up with prospects who have gone quiet. Coordinates contract logistics so nothing delays a closed deal. - Client Onboarding Support:
Execute new client onboarding checklists so the handoff from sales to delivery is seamless. Ensures new clients feel seen, heard, and valued from day one. Reduces early churn by creating a consistent, professional onboarding experience.
