Advertising Sales Executive – Univision

OTE: $80,000–$100,000+

We’re looking for an ambitious salesperson to help build Univision’s new self-service advertising business from the ground up.

This is a new‑business role. You will not inherit an established book of accounts.
You will build one.

Your focus will be identifying local advertisers and agencies, opening new relationships, pitching Univision’s advertising solutions and managing opportunities through to closed campaign.

Initially, the role will be heavily focused on outbound prospecting. Over time, you will also work opportunities referred by Univision’s existing sales teams, inbound advertiser interest and repeat customers.

You will work closely with both Univision and Dan Ads and become an extension of Univision’s commercial organization.

• Build a pipeline of local advertisers and agencies through outbound prospecting, networking and referrals
• Run discovery calls, sales meetings and platform demonstrations
• Sell Univision advertising solutions to SMB and mid-market advertisers
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to campaign launch
• Develop first‑time advertisers into repeat customers
• Build agency relationships that can generate multiple advertiser opportunities
• Work alongside Univision’s local sales teams
• Identify larger opportunities that should be escalated into Univision’s enterprise sales organization

Sales drive matters more to us than the perfect CV.

You may already work in advertising or media, or you may be an SDR/BDR looking for the opportunity to own the full sales cycle rather than simply booking meetings for someone else.

• Fluent English
• Previous sales or business development experience
• Comfortable with high levels of outbound prospecting
• Confident speaking with business owners and marketing decision-makers
• Self-motivated and comfortable building a territory from scratch
• Able to work US business hours

• 1–3+ years of sales experience
• Digital advertising, media, SaaS or adtech experience
• Experience selling to local businesses or agencies
• Existing relationships within the Dallas market
• Knowledge of the local Hispanic business community
• Fluent Spanish

We have a strong preference for candidates based in Dallas, but this is not an absolute requirement.

We are also open to candidates elsewhere in the US who have strong experience, relationships or knowledge of either market.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a major US advertising territory, work directly with Univision’s commercial organization and help build a completely new sales channel from the beginning.

Dan Ads will provide ongoing sales management, coaching and support, while Univision will provide product, audience and commercial training.
