Lead Wedding Cake Decorator

Delicious Cakes! in Addison, TX, is looking for one full-time skilled custom/wedding cake decorator to join our team. We are located at 14819 Inwood Rd Addison, TX 75001

Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

• Minimum 5- 10years of custom wedding cake/grooms cake decorating experience at wedding cake shop
• Be able to work with custom fondant cakes.
• Strong organization skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen
• Excellent work ethic - be on time to work, abide by company policy.
• Deadline-oriented, leadership, and recognize details with orders
• Must show portfolio of great works in wedding cakes & custom cakes
• Being bilingual in English is a must & Spanish is a plus
• Current driver's license to get to work

• Decorate wedding cakes, and custom cakes daily. Monday – Friday, Saturday when in need.
• Work and create 3-d fondant cakes – carving, figures, moulding, stencils, etc
• Be able to write with buttercream cursive, regular, and small to large monograms.
• Be able to support delivery team when in need.
• Keep up with inventory, tools, cleaning around the work area.
• Know and be able to make icing, frosting, chocolate ganache, for cakes when in need,
