As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and requests for assistance.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, tenants, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points and observe onsite activity; report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations according to site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with alarms, disturbances, and medical calls as directed by post orders.

+ Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities in written and/or electronic reports, and communicate key information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Customer Service Experience - preferred.

+ Access Control/Badge Experience - preferred.

+ Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet - preferred.

+ Alarm Panel Experience - preferred.

+ Guard Card/License - preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
