Security Officer - Emergency Dispatch

Allied Universal - Up to $21.16/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Operate the dispatch post by monitoring alarms, access control activity, radio traffic, and cameras where applicable, then prioritizing calls for service and notifying on-site staff and/or emergency services as needed.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events, collecting key details, and escalating concerns per post orders.;
Coordinate and track officer activity and incident response through radio and/or phone communications, maintaining accurate logs, reports, and shift documentation.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as directed by post orders, supporting a technology-focused location where working environments and conditions may vary by site.
