NetScout Engineer – OCI & AED Specialist

We are looking for a Net Scout Engineer with deep expertise in OCI (Omnipeek Cloud Intelligence) and AED (Arbor Edge Defense) to join our team. If you have a track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing Net Scout solutions to enhance network visibility and threat mitigation, we want to talk to you.

What you will be doing:

• Deployment & Configuration:
  Implement and optimize Net Scout OCI & AED solutions for enterprise environments, ensuring peak performance and security.
• Troubleshooting & Support:
  Diagnose and resolve complex network and security issues leveraging Net Scout’s suite of tools.
• Integration & Automation:
  Work with security and network teams to integrate OCI & AED with existing security frameworks, SIEMs, and cloud environments.
• Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
  Utilize Net Scout solutions to analyze network traffic, identify anomalies, and enhance security posture.
• Security & Compliance:
  Ensure all deployments align with security best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
  Develop detailed technical documentation, SOPs, and provide training to internal teams or clients.

What we want to see:

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Net Scout OCI & AED solutions.
• Strong background in network traffic analysis, performance monitoring, and security event detection.
• Expertise in network security protocols, packet analysis, and forensic investigations.
• Experience working with enterprise and cloud‑based architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with SIEMs, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and other security tools.
• Scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, Power Shell) are a plus.
• Certifications such as Net Scout nGenius Certified Professional, CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent are a strong advantage.
