Job Title

Security Officer at Premier Protective Security (PPS) in Dallas, TX.

Join a fast growing security organization. The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises, patrolling, enforcing regulations, providing customer service, and responding to incidents calmly and efficiently.

• Must be currently licensed Level 3 Armed Security Guard in Texas.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have previous Armed Guard experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
• Must pass a background investigation, drug screening, and obtain E-Verification approval.
• Must be able to obtain necessary security certification as required by the State of Texas.
• Must complete onboarding process and have interview approval with assigned site manager.

• Actively monitor premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
• Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for client sites, concerning personnel, visitors and the area.
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and in a problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
• Vigilance:
  Seeing, hearing and evaluating risks or incidents that may occur on client premises.

• Pay: $20.00 per hour (non‑negotiable).
