As a Security Officer Spanish Speaking Patrol in Dallas, TX
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time Fri 05:00 AM – 05:00 PM, Sat 05:00 AM – 05:00 PM, Sun 05:00 AM – 05:00 PM

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with location protocols.
• Support daily operations at a manufacturing and industrial location by observing for policy violations, damaged equipment, and/or potential hazards, then communicating findings to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

• Have at least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
