• Provide customer service by greeting tenants, visitors, and vendors at the front desk, verifying identification and/or access credentials, and following site‑specific security‑related procedures.
• Monitor lobby activity, manage visitor registration and sign‑in processes, issue temporary access materials as directed, and communicate clearly with building staff and authorized contacts.
• Answer questions, provide directions, and support day‑to‑day front desk operations in a professional manner while helping to deter unauthorized access to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report security‑related concerns according to site protocols.
• Complete required logs, incident reports, and other documentation accurately, and assist with emergency response activities when appropriate.

• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security‑related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
