• Provide a visible and professional security presence at special events, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
• Establish and maintain open communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing reassurance.
• Monitor crowd behavior and respond promptly to any disturbances or security concerns.
• Monitor the surroundings and conduct thorough risk assessments for special detail assignments and develop tailored security strategies.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, taking decisive actions to mitigate risks and protect individuals or assets.
• Collaborate with event organizers, local authorities, and emergency services to coordinate security efforts.
• Take good reading and writing detailed reports.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Dallas‑Fort Worth area.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Build trust with all clients, emphasizing the importance of maintaining professionalism and avoiding any misperceptions.
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to compromise and welcome feedback; flexibility is key, and an open mindset is valued.

• High school education or equivalent (GED).
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Texas unarmed security license or ability to obtain one.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• At least 21 years old.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Able to walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time.
• Proactive problem solver with the capability to work independently.
• Ability to multitask in a very fast‑paced environment.
• Dependable with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in an environment where attention to detail is crucial.

Hourly rate: $20 per hour.

Part‑time positions available. Must have flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
