Security Officer Dispatch Console Associate

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location;
Monitor dispatch communications, alarms, cameras, and other reporting systems, and relay information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Receive calls, incident reports, and service requests, prioritize activity based on site protocols, and coordinate the appropriate security-related response;
Maintain detailed logs, records, and incident documentation to support accurate communication, follow-up, and/or situational awareness across the location;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, noting unusual activity and reporting concerns according to post orders
