Garda World is hiring a Security Officer to provide a visible and professional security presence at special events, ensuring a safe and secure environment.

• Provide a visible and professional security presence at special events, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
• Establish and maintain open communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing reassurance.
• Monitor crowd behavior and respond promptly to any disturbances or security concerns.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments for special detail assignments and develop tailored security strategies.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, taking decisive actions to mitigate risks and protect individuals or assets.
• Collaborate with event organizers, local authorities, and emergency services to coordinate security efforts.
• Prepare detailed written reports.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times.
• Travel throughout the Dallas‑Fort Worth area as required.
• Maintain professional appearance at all times.
• Build trust with all clients and demonstrate a strong willingness to compromise and welcome feedback; flexibility is key, and an open mindset is valued.

• High school education or equivalent (GED).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Texas unarmed security license or ability to obtain one.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• At least 21 years old.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Ability to walk, stand, and sit for long periods.
• Proactive problem solving and ability to work independently.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Dependable with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail in a demanding environment.

Starting rate: $20 per hour. Part‑time positions with variable schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
