As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Reserve in Dallas, TX
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. This is a Part‑Time, unarmed patrol officer role where you conduct routine patrols, remain visible to deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: Mon, Tue, Sun 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access control activities, and other security‐related duties appropriate to a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations calmly, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors and local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and assist with visitor processing, deliveries, and contractor access in accordance with site policies.
• Prepare clear reports on incidents, maintenance concerns, and policy violations, and report conditions that could impact operations or the site environment.

• A valid driver's license is required.
• At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation is required in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screening is required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.
