Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and team members while carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location;
Screen employees, visitors, packages, and/or personal belongings in accordance with post instructions and report screening concerns, policy violations, and/or unusual activity to site leadership;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and delivery information, and help to deter unauthorized access to shipping, receiving, and operational areas;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with supervisors and/or local responders when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, including dock areas, trailer yards, parking areas, and access gates, as working environments and conditions may vary by location
