Job SummaryMust have the ability to travel within the division (Southern CA, AZ & TX). The Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for leading the administration, execution, and training for the Loss Prevention program within the Texas Division. This role focuses on reducing loss, driving sales, and fostering a shrink focused culture through proactive deterrence, operational excellence, accountability, and team engagement.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Serve as a champion of the loss prevention culture with emphasis on deterrence, training, margin improvement, and accountability.
- Become a subject-matter expert in One Market and other internal reporting systems.
- Own the operational execution of the Loss Prevention program, including all LP metrics and performance tracking.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and effectively navigate loss-prevention-related conversations with internal and external partners.
- Lead communication of shrink-awareness initiatives and shrink-reduction strategies to local teams.
- Review video footage for extended periods with strict attention to detail.
- Gather, analyze, compile, and report on multiple incidents in a clear and organized manner.
- Maintain a high level of accountability, attention to detail, decisiveness, and passion for loss prevention.
- Utilize strong Excel skills to track, analyze, and present data.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- 3–5 years of Loss Prevention or Asset Protection experience.
- Experience working in multi‑unit retail, grocery, or large-scale operations.
- Proven success implementing shrink reduction strategies in high-volume environments.
- Strong presentation and training delivery skills.
- Ability to travel within the division for audits, investigations, and training.
