Part Time. Pay Rate: $22.05 / Hour.

• Tue: 06:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help verify authorized entry, observe visitor activity, and support security-related screening and escort procedures in accordance with site policies.
• Collaborate with site personnel, first responders, and/or supervisory staff during emergencies, investigations, and routine operations while maintaining a professional presence.

• A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• An armed guard card and/or license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
