Senior Loss Prevention Specialist
As a Senior Loss Prevention Specialist, you will work in one of our stores to help protect our assets by preventing theft and reducing shrink. Key responsibilities include loss prevention and security, interviewing and investigating, and reporting and documentation. The position requires 3-4 years of experience in investigative auditing and/or retail loss prevention, knowledge in theft investigation and interviewing, advanced PC skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree being a plus. The role involves physical demands such as lifting up to 20 lbs, working extended hours, and conducting visual surveillance of the store. A reliable source of transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
