Provide customer service by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location;
Screen people, packages, and/or property entering or leaving the location in accordance with post instructions and documented screening protocols;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report unusual activity through appropriate communication channels;
Monitor access points, visitor activity, and/or shipment-related movement to help support orderly operations and help to deter unauthorized entry;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing working areas, trailer yards, docks, and/or parking areas as conditions vary by location
