Armed Security Guards Wanted - Dallas, TX

Salary: $20.00 per hour (non‑negotiable)

Shift: Sun – Tue (5 pm – 5 am);
Wed (5 pm – 11 pm)

Location:

Pilot Travel Center, 7425 Bonnie View Rd, Dallas, TX 75241

• Must have a Texas Security License in hand
• Must have your own personal firearm (9mm, .45, semi‑automatic)
• Must have prior experience as an Armed Security Guard
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• Will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only

• Maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring the premises and patrolling various locations
• Enforce regulations and directives for client sites, including personnel, visitors, and area access
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers
• Act calmly and problem‑solve during incidents and critical situations
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner
• Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area
• Maintain vigilance to identify potential risks or incidents on client premises

Pay: $20.00 per hour (non‑negotiable)
