About

the role

The Campus Security Manager (CSM) leads a team of site security personnel, including site managers, field training officers and security officers and is accountable for delivery of physical security related services at one or more assigned datacenters in a geographic area. The CSM is responsible for the leadership development of the people that report to them, while also accountable for security operations delivery at these datacenters.

You will drive safety as a core operational priority, implementing safety programs and initiatives with the goal of zero workplace injuries.

You will plan, assign, and oversee physical security projects and daily operational tasks, evaluating the effectiveness of site security programs and recommending improvements where needed. You will set the standard for strong customer service and professional communication, holding site teams accountable to the same expectations. In partnership with the Regional Security Manager, you will monitor site health and key performance indicators, support unannounced audits, and strengthen overall team performance.

Additionally, you will engage regularly with clients and Securitas leadership through account reviews, security planning, assessments, and ongoing communication, ensuring leadership is informed of key accomplishments, risks, and concerns.
