In this role, you will operate at the center of TI's enterprise security environment, providing real-time monitoring, situational awareness, and incident coordination across multiple locations. The GSOC plays a critical role in safeguarding company assets while enabling safe and uninterrupted operations.

As a GSOC Operator, you will monitor integrated security platforms including video management systems, access control, and alarm monitoring technologies. You will assess events as they occur, determine credibility and severity, and coordinate timely responses with site security teams and internal stakeholders. Operators apply standardized response protocols, maintain detailed incident documentation, and support investigations through video review and event analysis.

This role contributes to TI's evolving global security capability by supporting centralized command and coordination, strengthening response readiness, and improving enterprise-wide visibility of security events. The GSOC Operator helps transform information into actionable insight, enabling proactive security operations that protect our workforce and support TI's mission to innovate and deliver technology that changes the world.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Monitor and respond to alarms and events from access control, intrusion detection, video management, fire/life safety, and environmental systems across multiple regions and facility types.

+ Assess alarm credibility, determine severity, and prioritize response based on enterprise risk and standardized response protocols.

+ Coordinate dispatch of on-site or contract security resources and escalate to site leadership and regional stakeholders as appropriate.

+ Serve as a centralized communications and coordination center for security and safety-related incidents.

+ Coordinate response to critical incidents including medical emergencies, fires, workplace violence threats, protests, suspicious packages, severe weather, and natural disasters.

+ Maintain command-and-control functions during incidents, including situational awareness, leadership notifications, and timeline management.

+ Coordinate with local emergency services (law enforcement, fire, EMS) and internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

+ Provide centralized GSOC coverage for facilities across large geographic regions and diverse operational environments.

+ Manage incidents impacting multiple sites, regions, or business units simultaneously.

+ Monitor live and recorded video to identify real-time threats and support post-incident analysis.

+ Capture, preserve, and manage digital evidence in accordance with policy, legal, regulatory, and privacy standards.

+ Support internal investigations through video review, access control data, and detailed incident documentation.

+ Operate and monitor integrated GSOC platforms, including video management systems (VMS), access control systems (ACS), alarm monitoring platforms, and incident/case management systems.

+ Utilize AI-enabled analytics and automation workflows to triage, route, and escalate incidents efficiently.

+ Identify system outages, degradation, or performance issues and escalate to security engineering or IT teams.

+ Support onboarding, adoption, and operational use of new security technologies as part of GSOC maturity and continuous improvement.

+ Support situational awareness and threat assessment using drone and remote surveillance platforms, where applicable.

+ Review drone-generated alerts, imagery, and data to support response and investigations in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.

+ Produce accurate, timely, and detailed incident and event reports.

+ Ensure proper incident categorization, severity assignment, and closure in accordance with standardized procedures.

+ Support GSOC metrics, trend analysis, and performance reporting to drive operational excellence.

+ Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and operational effectiveness.

+ Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with privacy, legal, regulatory, and corporate standards.
