Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail distribution location;
Monitor entrances, exits, visitor activity, and credential checks to help support authorized access for employees, contractors, and deliveries;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and/or unusual activity as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including entry points, loading areas, and perimeter spaces, with working environments and conditions varying by site;
Communicate with site contacts, drivers, and staff regarding entry requirements, directions, and security-related procedures to help support orderly operations
