Job Description WHAT'S THE JOB?
Reporting to the Operations Manager and liaising with the Director, HSE (health, safety, and environment), the HSE and Security Manager is responsible for effectively championing the HSE systems in order to maintain and improve upon our best-in-class HSE performance. The HSE and Security Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and facilitating HSE policy and procedure compliance, working at site to ensure consistent level of performance, and strengthening lines of communication.
The HSE and Security Manager, will be tasked with ensuring that HSE is scalable to accommodate anticipated growth and has a heightened profile in line with all strategic objectives of the business. In addition, the HSE and Security Manager will provide oversight and management of site security operations for the workforce accommodation , ensuring the protection of residents, staff, visitors, company assets, and facilities.
This includes ensuring security protocols, access control measures, emergency response procedures, and contractor security requirements are consistently implemented and maintained in alignment with company standards and client expectations.
