Event Security

Andy Frain Services seeks Event Security professionals to support Hospitality & Travel venues within our Security & Law Enforcement department. In this guest-facing role, you'll manage access control, crowd flow, and incident reporting to maintain a safe, enjoyable event experience. Responsibilities include screening, patrolling, and responding to disturbances while delivering courteous customer service. You'll collaborate closely with venue teams, follow detailed safety protocols, and receive training to grow your skills and advance within our dynamic, people-focused organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, and crowd flow at events to ensure safety and compliance with venue rules.
• Conduct access control, ticket and credential checks, and bag screenings as required.
• Provide visible security presence while delivering professional, customer-focused service to guests.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies following company and venue protocols.
• Document and report security concerns, incidents, and unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• Coordinate with venue staff, law enforcement, and emergency services when needed.
• Support evacuation or emergency procedures and assist guests with directions and information.
