We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team in the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining wooden and other structural components for residential, commercial, or industrial projects. This role requires exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to read and execute complex designs accurately.
This position is open strictly to U.S. citizens only. Candidates who are not U.S. citizens will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wood and other materials according to specifications
- Construct and repair frameworks, structures, doors, cabinets, furniture, and fixtures
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents accurately
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
- Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Inspect completed work for accuracy, durability, and finish quality
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades as required
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition
- Troubleshoot and resolve construction or installation issues on-site
- Proven experience as a professional carpenter (minimum 5+ years preferred)
- Strong expertise in rough carpentry, finish carpentry, or both
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and construction plans
- Excellent knowledge of carpentry materials, methods, and tools
- Strong mathematical and measurement skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments
- High attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Applicants must be U.S. citizens
- Non-U.S. citizens, including visa holders or foreign nationals, are not eligible for this role
- Trade school certification or apprenticeship completion
- OSHA safety certification
Experience in residential and/or commercial construction projects - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
$150,000 - $200,000 a year
