Quality 1 Energy Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman (Construction) to lead HVAC installation teams on commercial construction projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This is a hands-on leadership role focused exclusively on new construction and remodel installations—not service, repair, or maintenance.
As an HVAC Foreman, you will work directly in the field alongside installers and apprentices while overseeing daily jobsite operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring HVAC systems are installed correctly, safely, and efficiently, while maintaining high-quality workmanship and keeping projects on schedule. This role is ideal for a seasoned HVAC construction professional ready to step into a leadership position with a stable, respected company.

Responsibilities- Lead and supervise HVAC installers and apprentices on commercial construction job sites
- Work hands-on alongside crews installing HVAC systems and components
- Plan, assign, and oversee daily work activities to meet project schedules and milestones
- Oversee installation of:
- Commercial HVAC systems
- Ductwork
- Refrigerant piping
- Condensate lines
- Electrical wiring and HVAC controls
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Ensure all installations comply with local, state, and federal codes
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and promote a strong safety culture
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades
- Monitor quality control and ensure workmanship meets company standards
- Track labor hours, materials, and job progress
- Train, mentor, and develop HVAC installers and apprentices
- 7–10 years of HVAC construction experience required
- Prior HVAC Foreman or Lead Installer experience strongly preferred
- Extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC installation practices
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- EPA Certification preferred (additional certifications a plus)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example and maintain professionalism on active construction sites
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor construction environments in varying conditions

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on project needs
Work LocationOnsite role based in Dallas, TX, serving commercial construction projects throughout the surrounding area
