Master Electrician | Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

Job Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (Local travel to commercial jobsites required).

Flex Tech is seeking Master Electricians for commercial new construction and retrofit projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex
. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who can lead crews, oversee installations, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to code.

• Oversee and perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial electrical systems

• Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, local, and state codes

• Supervise, train, and mentor journeyman and apprentice electricians

• Review and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and specifications

• Plan and coordinate electrical installations and project timelines

• Perform conduit installation and advanced troubleshooting

• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and code compliance

• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious jobsite

• Valid Texas Master Electrician License

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial electrical experience

• Strong knowledge of NEC and commercial electrical systems

• Proven experience supervising electrical crews

• Ability to manage multiple projects or crews simultaneously

• Experience with new construction and retrofit projects

• Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends as required

• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights

• Physically capable of lifting materials and climbing ladders

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable transportation to DFW-area jobsites

• Ability to travel throughout the local market

• Must pass a drug screen and background check

• Strong leadership, communication, and safety-first mindset

• Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial projects

• Experience coordinating inspections and authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements

• Project planning or supervisory experience

• Willingness to travel outside the DFW market (not required)
