Installation Technician, Electrician/ Electrician Installation, Construction Manager/ Foreman
Job Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (Local travel to commercial jobsites required).
Job Type: Full-Time.
Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience (DOE).

Flex Tech is seeking Master Electricians for commercial new construction and retrofit projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex
. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who can lead crews, oversee installations, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to code.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial electrical systems
Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, local, and state codes
Supervise, train, and mentor journeyman and apprentice electricians
Review and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and specifications
Plan and coordinate electrical installations and project timelines
Perform conduit installation and advanced troubleshooting
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and code compliance
Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious jobsite
Valid Texas Master Electrician License
Minimum 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
Strong knowledge of NEC and commercial electrical systems
Proven experience supervising electrical crews
Ability to manage multiple projects or crews simultaneously
Experience with new construction and retrofit projects
Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends as required
Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
Physically capable of lifting materials and climbing ladders
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation to DFW-area jobsites
Ability to travel throughout the local market
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Strong leadership, communication, and safety-first mindset
Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial projects
Experience coordinating inspections and authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements
Project planning or supervisory experience
Willingness to travel outside the DFW market (not required)
