This is a full-time plumber / plumbing technician role focused on residential service, repair, and installation. No cold calling, no door knocking—just high-quality plumbing work with strong earning potential.
Pay & Benefits
- $50,000–$150,000+ per year (top plumbers earn $150K+)
- Weekly pay + uncapped commission
- 30% commission on service and repair jobs you sell and complete
- 10% commission on sold jobs (fulfilled by our install team)
- Company truck and tools provided
- Full-time, W-2 position
- Growing call volume in the Dallas area as we invest in marketing
We offer flexibility within the same Licensed Plumber position, depending on your strengths:
Plumber – Installer
- Complete plumbing jobs that are already sold and scheduled
- Focus on installation, repairs, and workmanship
- No pricing or sales conversations
- Run residential service calls as they come in
- Diagnose plumbing issues and present solutions to homeowners
- Recommend and sell plumbing services, repairs, and system upgrades
- Hand off sold jobs to the installer team
- Run service calls from start to finish
- Diagnose issues, present solutions, and complete the work
- Maximize earnings through full-cycle commissions
- No door knocking
- No lead generation
- No chasing customers
What to Expect
- Steady growth in service call volume in Dallas and surrounding areas

- High-performing service plumbers and plumbing technicians earn the most as volume increases
- Valid Texas Plumbing License
- 4+ years of experience in residential plumbing service, repair, or installation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to explain plumbing issues and solutions to homeowners
- Clean driving record preferred
