Electrician

Traveling Electricians - FAA Infrastructure / Airfield Systems - Per Diem + Paid Travel - Up to $35/hr - Multiple Locations

System One is seeking Traveling Electricians to support a major FAA contract focused on infrastructure and airfield systems upgrades across the United States. This role involves 100% travel, working on critical aviation safety projects at airports and remote federal facilities. Ideal candidates are experienced electricians with a background in industrial or infrastructure environments and a willingness to travel nationwide.

• Competitive wages: $25–$35 per hour (based on experience and location)
• Per diem provided per GSA guidelines
• All travel expenses fully reimbursed (airfare, lodging, mileage, rental vehicles, meals)

• 5+ years of electrician experience (no license required)
• Experience with underground and above-ground electrical installations
• Background in industrial, infrastructure, or construction environments
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Ability to operate or work around heavy equipment
• Willingness and ability to travel 100% nationwide
• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to pass federal background check, drug screening, motor vehicle record check, and DOT physical requirements

• OSHA 30 certification
• Experience with FAA, aviation, or airfield systems
• Strong customer interaction and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office for reporting)
