Must pass Amazon background check (7 years), drug screening, MVR check, and be able to travel to Lowell, Arkansas for onboarding

• Act as a dedicated lift spotter for electricians operating scissor and boom lifts.
• Assist with material movement, staging, and job site logistics.
• Support conduit crews with hands‑on electrical work as directed.
• Maintain strong situational awareness and job site safety compliance.
• Assist with supporting high‑voltage conduit installation and electrical tasks.
• Support teams on large‑scale data center projects across the U.S., frequently traveling and working physically demanding shifts.

• 1–2 years of solid electrical experience (hands‑on).
• Background in commercial or industrial electrical work.
• Experience working on active construction sites.
• Ability to work 10–14 hour days in a physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for extended periods.
• High voltage electrical experience.
• Experience supporting data center or large commercial projects preferred.
• Must pass Amazon background check (7 years), drug screening, MVR check, and be able to travel to Lowell, Arkansas for onboarding.
• Must be comfortable being on the road consistently with no travel companions allowed.
