** Job Description*
* Safety is first and foremost. Oversee the everyday activities of your assigned personnel such as Foreman, JIW, Helper/Apprentice. Procure, assign, assess, evaluate and allocate resources, material, tools and documents required for the project. Provide the most cost-effective and efficient means available in order to produce a profitable project. Everything you say and do reflects the values of Morley Moss. GF must schedule the crew with the Project Manager and/or Senior GF/Superintendent.

On smaller projects with only a designated supervisor, they will assume all the duties of a Project Supervisor.

- Operate equipment, trenchers, backhoe, and lift trucks in a safe manner.

- Practices and comprehends safe work procedures as outlined in M.M. Safety Policy Handbook, Haz-Com Policy, and Lockout/Tagout Policy.

- Operate equipment, trenchers, backhoe, and lift trucks in a safe manner.

- Operate two (2) handed tools/equipment, cable cutters, hammer drills, compression tools, and jack hammers.

- Operate company trucks with manual and automatic transmission

- Read and interpret maps, instructional manuals, specifications, work site directions, blueprints, and written instructions.

- Operate and work from mechanical personnel lifts (electric or gas powered).

- Supervise assigned job site employees to complete project.

- Needs to be able to communicate effectively in English. Bi-Lingual is a plus.
