Job Title: Commercial Waterproofer and Caulker
Location: Downtown/Uptown Dallas area.
Pay Range: $23 - $28/hr.
- Pay is based on experience.
Length on Assignment: Temp to Permanent
Shift: 1st Shift

Position Overview:
We are hiring experienced Commercial Waterproofers and Caulkers for a project in the Downtown/Uptown Dallas area. Candidates should have hands-on experience with commercial sealing and waterproofing systems and be comfortable working on active construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply caulking and sealants to joints, windows, panels, and building exteriors
- Perform waterproofing applications including coatings, membranes, and seal systems
- Prepare surfaces (cleaning, grinding, priming) prior to application
- Identify and repair gaps, cracks, and water intrusion points
- Follow project specifications and manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Proven experience in commercial waterproofing and/or caulking
- Knowledge of sealants, joint systems, and waterproofing materials
- Ability to work at heights (lifts, scaffolding, swing stages if needed)
- Must have tools needed
- Reliable transportation
- Must have steel toe work boots
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- OSHA certification is a plus
- Drug testing is required. Must Pass.
