Certified Crane Operator
We are seeking Certified Crane Operators, preferably with prior experience in the electrical field, to operate mechanical boom and cable equipment to lift and move materials, machines, or products to install traffic signal, lighting and ITS scopes of work.

- Complete load check and lift plan checklist prior to operating unit each shift.
- Ensure all delivery materials are firmly secured and all parts of truck are in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Units also include auger / digger head attachments for base and footer installation.
- Lift and move materials, machines, or products to install signal lighting.
- Transfer loads to construction sites and discharge safely.
- Assist in on‑site work duties when crane work is not readily available.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Crane & Rigging Certifications required.
- 12 months minimum experience operating a crane.
- Upon offer, employees may be required to pass a pre‑employment drug screen, background and/or MVR check.
- Valid Driver's License, CDL‑A required.
- Must be NCCCO certified with an active certification.
- Potential travel required for temporary backup needs at other office locations.
Due to the inherently dangerous nature of the industry and requirements to work with or around hazardous equipment, employees must have sufficient eyesight to judge distance/coordination of equipment and tools, be able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time, be able to withstand exposure to all kinds of weather while completing work assignments, be able to wear personal protective equipment as necessary, be able to enter and exit a vehicle numerous times a day, have the endurance necessary to traverse various terrain, be capable of performing job duties throughout a standard 8‑ or 10‑hour day, be able to communicate with others, read, write, and comprehend written/oral instructions and information, and communicate and handle conflict professionally.
