We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Project Service Technician II based out of the Dallas, TX area. The Project Service Technician II reports to a Service Supervisor and is responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of restaurant equipment, including cooking equipment, refrigeration units, heating and air conditioning systems, ice machines and other mechanical items.
* Candidates must live within 30-mile radius of Dallas, TX.
General Responsibilities- Inspect, clean, descale and sanitize Ice Machines and drink stations
- Inspect A/C filters, belts, blower assemblies, and clean refrigeration coils
- Inspect kitchen equipment for wear/tear and proper operation
- Inspect overall condition of roof and surrounding areas
- Travel to Store locations throughout service area
- Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
- Schedule:
Four (4) 10-hour shifts, including holidays and weekends - Hours:
1:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. - Occasional overnight travel (8-day runs when out-of-state)

- EPA certification and HVAC certification; preferred
- High School diploma required, some electrical coursework preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in refrigeration, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting and restaurant equipment repair; preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical
- Ability to disassemble and reassemble equipment using hand and/or power tools and use of a voltmeter
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid TX Driver’s License; required
