Salary/Wage Range or Industry Benchmark: 60000 USD Yearly USD 60000.00 YEAR

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Solar Installer. The Lead Solar Installer will oversee solar system installations, debugging/repairing existing solar installations, and the expansion of solar power system. Activities may include installing storage batteries and integration of fuel-burning generators.

Duties will involve ensuring the safe and efficient use of electrical hand tools, leading a team on current projects, and ensuring all installations meet relevant electrical and building codes. Exceptional customer service and communication with clients will be a key component of this role.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in Rooftop Solar Power and Solar Systems
Ability to work safely on residential rooftops
Proficiency in using Power Tools and Hand Tools for installations
Familiarity with the Solar Industry, including codes, and safety protocols
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
Journeyman’s electrical license preferred
