This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Solar Installer. The Lead Solar Installer will oversee solar system installations, debugging/repairing existing solar installations, and the expansion of solar power system. Activities may include installing storage batteries and integration of fuel-burning generators.
Duties will involve ensuring the safe and efficient use of electrical hand tools, leading a team on current projects, and ensuring all installations meet relevant electrical and building codes. Exceptional customer service and communication with clients will be a key component of this role.
Qualifications- Knowledge and experience in Rooftop Solar Power and Solar Systems
- Ability to work safely on residential rooftops
- Proficiency in using Power Tools and Hand Tools for installations
- Familiarity with the Solar Industry, including codes, and safety protocols
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
- Journeyman’s electrical license preferred
