Concrete Repair Laborer

Position:
Construction Field Technician – Post‑Tensioning

Location:

In person – Fort Worth, Texas (occasional meetings). Must provide own transportation, valid driver's license, and pass DMV record screening. Pre‑employment drug screen required. Must be able to work >40 hours per week.

Job Type: Full‑time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

8- or 10‑hour shift

• Work with a foreman/superintendent to execute daily tasks
• Perform general concrete repair (demolition, rebar installation, carpentry, concrete pours, finishing)
• Operate power tools (rotary hammers, chipping hammers, hammer drills, etc.)
• Carry out post‑tension repair, including rebar/post‑tension installation and stressing
• Travel independently between projects
• Adhere to all safety procedures and use standard PPE at construction sites

• Focused on safety in all situations and environments
• Team and solution oriented with a proactive, professional, positive attitude
• Experience as a construction field technician/laborer (prior post‑tensioning experience is ideal but not required)
• Advantageous familiarity: concrete repair, formwork, finishing, grouting, placement/tying of rebar; post‑tensioning installation/stressing; new and existing building construction
• Comfortable working at heights
• Read and speak English; bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• Lift material up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong hand‑eye coordination
• Motivated to grow and advance within the company with commensurate salary growth
• Union ironworkers/rodbusters who can work union or open‑shop projects may be given preference
