Journeyman Electrician | Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

Flex Tech is seeking Journeyman Electricians for commercial new construction and retrofit projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings
• Perform conduit bending and installation (EMT, rigid, PVC as required)
• Pull, terminate, and label electrical wiring
• Install panels, breakers, lighting systems, and electrical devices
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform corrective repairs
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, local, and state codes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious jobsite
• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades onsite

• Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License
• Minimum 3+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Strong understanding of NEC and electrical safety standards
• Experience working on commercial construction or retrofit projects
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends as required
• Ability to work in tight or confined spaces and at heights
• Physically capable of lifting materials and climbing ladders
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to DFW-area jobsites
• Ability to travel throughout the local market
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
• Strong commitment to safety and professionalism

• Experience with service work and troubleshooting
• Experience working on large commercial or industrial projects
• Willingness to travel outside the DFW market (not required)
