Dual-Site Apartment Service Tech II | Windsor West Lemmon and Windsor Fitzhugh - Dallas, TX

Windsor West Lemmon is a mid‑rise style community consisting of 248 apartment homes. Windsor Fitzhugh is a mid‑rise community consisting of 364 apartment homes.

Successful Service Technicians may come from a variety of backgrounds including apartment maintenance, HVAC, general labor, construction, hotel, and general building maintenance. Candidates must have intermediate competency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry, and be available for a rotating on‑call schedule for after‑hours and weekend emergency response.

Hourly: $22.70 – $28.38 per hour, depending on experience, tenure, and location.
Annual Starting Compensation: $47,216 – $59,030.

• 40% housing discount (with potential to increase to 50% after two years of employment)

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with multifamily residential, commercial or hotel maintenance
• Familiarity with building safety systems including fire systems (sprinklers/alarms)
• Ability to use smart devices and property management software for accurate records and work order completion
• Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools
• Support the company’s values and cultures by providing exceptional service to teammates and residents
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and apply preventative measures in apartment homes, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical, and appliance areas

• Site‑specific certifications such as EPA Type II (preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days) and CPO (Certified Pool Operator) (preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekend work and participation in on‑call rotations
