Leadman (Dallas, TX) – Austin Bridge & Road
Austin Bridge & Road is currently seeking an experienced Leadman for projects in Dallas, TX. This role involves managing heavy equipment operations and ensuring project safety and quality.
Responsibilities- Perform daily equipment inspections
- Operate equipment in a safe and controlled manner
- Grade to elevations and tolerances
- Become proficient on different machines before advancing
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Work hours adjusted to meet project needs – days, nights, weekends
- Work in adverse weather conditions, hot or cold temperatures
- Other duties as assigned
- 1+ years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Strong commitment to jobsite safety
- Diligent in demonstrating safe work practices
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship
