• Install, maintain, repair and connect drone dock systems at customer sites (hardware and software).
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Engage with customers at a high level.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used, including mandatory documentation.
• Communicate with customers and team members professionally.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work weekends, hybrid (remote/onsite), early mornings, late evenings, nights, overnight shifts.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Must be willing to travel frequently by plane, automobile, train, boat/ferry, rideshare, or other means.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable personal transportation and ongoing vehicle insurance.
• Must live within 50 miles of the applied market’s metropolitan area.
• Some roles require fluency in more than one language; this will be determined during hiring.
• Able to multitask.
• Committed to continued education as required.

• Minimum one year of IT experience.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace applications and platforms.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of networks.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent and team‑oriented work style.

• Able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Able to climb ladders and work at heights up to 25 feet.
• Able to work in confined spaces.
• Must be on your feet up to 16 hours at a time.
• Able to bend, stoop, squat, reach, and perform various motions for high or low places.
• Reliable internet access and dedicated workspace required.
• Able to travel frequently by various modes.
• Able to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer.
• Comfortable working in rooftop environments with varying temperatures and conditions.
• Comfortable working around heavy machinery.

• $21+/hr (DOE) + overtime.
