$17–$19/hour (based on experience)

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

No weekends, paid training, PTO, holidays, 401k, and bonus opportunities, opportunities for overtime.

We’re a locally owned FASTSIGNS center looking for a dependable, hands‑on team member to join our production and installation team. This role is a mix of in‑shop sign production and on‑site installation—no two days are the same.

• Build and assemble signs using materials like aluminum, PVC, wood, and acrylic
• Operate hand tools and saws to cut and prep substrates
• Apply vinyl graphics to substrates, windows, walls, vehicles, and signage
• Laminate and mount printed graphics
• Assist with indoor and outdoor sign installations (ladders and power tools required)
• Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Prepping vinyl graphics in the morning, assembling signage in the shop, and heading out in the afternoon to install window or wall graphics at a local business.

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Basic experience with hand and power tools
• Able to accurately read a tape measure

• Sign industry, vinyl, or large-format print experience
• Construction, carpentry, or installation background
