Position: Construction Laborers - Earn up to $25/hour

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside a Foreman/Superintendent to execute daily tasks.
  • Perform general concrete repair tasks including demolition, rebar installation, carpentry, concrete pours, and finishing.
  • Operate power tools such as rotary hammers, chipping hammers, and hammer drills.
  • Handle post‑tension repair, rebar/post‑tension installation and stressing.
  • Travel independently between projects.
Qualifications
  • Focused on safety in all situations and environments.
  • Comfortable with the use of standard PPE at construction sites.
  • Team‑ and solution‑oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude.
  • Experienced construction field technician or laborer.
  • Knowledge of concrete repair, formwork and finishing, grouting, and placement/tying of rebar is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of installation and/or stressing of post‑tensioning systems is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with new construction and existing buildings.
  • Comfortable working at heights.
  • Ability to read and speak English.
  • Ability to lift material up to 50 lbs.
  • Good hand‑eye coordination and able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Motivated to work more than 40 hours per week.
  • Desire to grow and advance within the company with commensurate salary growth.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred.
  • Union ironworkers/rodbusters with the ability to work union or open‑shop projects is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule
  • 10‑hour shift
  • 8‑hour shift
Location and Travel

Work location is in person; occasional meetings will take place in Fort Worth, Texas.

Additional Requirements

Must provide own transportation, a valid driver’s license, and pass DMV record screening. Pre‑employment drug screen is required.
