Job Summary
- The Mechanic is responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of large and small engines
- Provide information and reports on equipment
- Ensure that all equipment operates efficiently and safely at all times
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with basic truck and vehicle maintenance and repair
- Small engine, 2-cycle
- Diesel Engine, heavy and light equipment
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Welding experience
Physical Demands/Requirements:
- Regular Heavy lifting up to 50 pounds
- Repetitive movement: standing, walking, twisting, turning, bending, squatting, stooping
Work Environment:
- Noise level in work environment is usually moderate, and Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions, including sun, rain, cold
