Laborer

The Laborer's responsibilities include performing demolition, hydro blasting, dewatering, and pump management activities. Experience working with concrete batch plants is a plus. This role also includes assisting other skilled crafts on the project and performing additional duties.

Pay Range: $25-30/hour base (DOE)

The Carpenter's primary responsibilities include fabricating, setting, and stripping concrete forming systems, as well as placing, pouring, repairing, and finishing concrete for heavy civil projects.

Pay Range: $30-33/hour base (DOE)

The Operator's function is to safely operate equipment such as excavators, skid steer, loader, and forklifts. The operator must have good operational skills to produce high volume quality work in a safety-conscious work environment.

Additional responsibilities include working with foremen and laborers to produce quality work in high volume, time-sensitive conditions and being willing to get outside the cab and perform work with the crew.

Pay Range: $33-40/hour base (DOE)

• Qualifications: All Construction Division offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screen. In accordance with client requirements, security clearance is required and is determined based on background check results.
• Schedule: 6/10 schedule with potential for swing shift schedule.
• Compensation: Prevailing Wage + Zone Pay. Per Diem if temporarily assigned 70+ miles from residence.
• Physical Demands: The employee is seldom required to sit. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; work at elevated heights. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee must be able to cope with a stressful work environment.
