Position Overview

We’re seeking experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians with EPA Universal Certification to join our growing team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll service, repair, and install residential HVAC systems while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and start up residential HVAC systems (change‑outs)
  • Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems
  • Replace and repair ductwork and insulation
  • Perform inspections and replace worn components
  • Test systems for leaks and performance issues
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Complete service reports and documentation
  • Follow all safety standards and building codes
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of residential HVAC experience
  • EPA Universal Certification required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform attic work and lift heavy equipment
